What can be done to reduce high blood pressure in 3 days.?

No salt: Consume no salt whatsoever. You would basically not be able to eat any preprepared foods. You would have to track all the sodium intake, and keep it less than 1 gram per day. Aerobic exercise each day for 1 hour. If you can't do it all at once, break it up into smaller periods. Your goal should not be to control BP in 3 days, but rather, to control it over a period of months.
