Nutrition & exercise: Nutrition & exercise are useful in lowering blood pressure w/o taking medication. Avoid fast food, processed foods, added salt, etc. Eat lots of brightly or darkly colored fruits & vegetables, especially high in potassium & magnesium. Exercise regularly. Even as little as 4min of high intensity exercise 3x/wk can be beneficial. Meditation to reduce stress helps some people. Check otc meds & supple.
