See Doctor: There is no way to target a specific body part when it comes to weight loss and breast size. Achieving a long-term stable weight will probably start with seeing your primary care physician for a full history and physical, concentration on healthy diet and exercise, and life style changes as necessary. Breast reduction surgery may be an option once you have reached a long-term stable weight.

Breast reduction: It is difficult to target one body part when loosing weight, specially the breast. If your breasts are mostly fatty, then weight loss will help, otherwise a breast reduction may be indicated.

You need: Cannot target a specific body part with weight loss, short of exercising a specific area. No way to do that with breasts.
