Only other way is to: Lose weight overall. However, this rarely works to get rid of the pain of large breasts. If back, neck and shoulder pain due to large breasts affects you, discuss these concerns with your primary doctor and a plastic surgeon. I tell my patients that 95% of breast reduction patients will see complete relief or a significant reduction in pain.

Breast Reduction: In many women your age with large breasts there may be more breast tissue than fat. The breast tissue that produces breast milk is not affected by weight loss. Very large breasts that cause back pain, limit physical activities and make it hard to buy clothes that fit can be reliably treated by breast reduction surgery to result in a more proportional and pleasing appearance.

Depends: If your breasts are mostly fatty, then weight loss will help reduce them. If your breasts are dense, then a reduction is the only option.
