Keep it up: Congrats in the work you have done. It is normal when you get close to ideal body weight for weight loss to slow. Do not be discouraged. Continue your routine and activity level. Try changing the type of work outs you do. This will engage new muscles and help toward goals. Also it is more about how you feel than the number on the scale.
