No fried food: Lose the soda, fast food, sugar. Walk 10 mins and increase it by 5 minutes per day till 30. Bake, grill, and eat fruits and vegetables in between meals. Eat with a teaspoon, in a bowl not a plate. Exercise and eat together to encourage them.
