Quick weight loss : I need to know your weight, height & BMI, quick weight loss is not healthy, you need to go on low calorie, low fat diet, with lots of vegetabls, lean meats or fish that is grilled or baked, some fruits, nuts, cut down on bread, rice , pasta, sweet deserts & junk food. Exercise daily best if under suprvision of a trainer to help loose the fat & strengthen the muscles. Talk to your doctor 1st.
