Lifestyle change: Triglycerides are very sensitive to three things in diet: weight, carbohydrate intake, and alcohol intake. If carbs and alcohol are cut dramatically, then usually weight loss occurs. I'd advise cutting white or brown foods (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, sugar) by 50-100% and replacing with green foods (broccoli, zucchini, green beans, cabbage, peas, etc). Exercise daily too. Good luck!
