Proper nutrition: Triglycerides are produced in your liver. That happens in response to things you eat. Elevated triglyceride is a marker for stress in your body and poor health. Things that elevate triglycerides are carbs (especially fructose), processed oils, and alcohol. To really make a difference 1st cut out all sweetened drinks 2nd stop all vegetable oils 3rd minimize alcohol. NEVER take paracetamol/tylenol.
