i want to know what is the difference between grumbling appendix & ovarian cyst pain?

Not much: An appendicitis and ruptured ovarian cyst can mimic each other. You don't see as much of a temp elevation or increase in the white count with a rupture cyst. Both can p/w pain nausea and vomitting.
