No, see doctor asap: No this is not normal. It is important that you go to emergency department or urgent care if your doctor is not able to see you immediately. You could have some sort of infection. Please get seen immediately.

NO: Please call your surgeon or seek medical care asap. Perhaps you have an infection since your cyst was perforated. These are not good symptoms to wait and see.
