Give It 24 Hours: Well, look at it this way: when your ovarian cyst ruptured they did an ultrasound, right? and that must have included both ovaries, right? and it seems you survived, right? so, it's kinda interesting they didn't see another cyst on the right side--so it must be something else; so let's just say if it doesn't go away or gets worse over 24 hours, go to ER (maybe it's a kidney stone) .Better? Hooray!
