Difficult to Say: Anxiety often hits at bedtime. Keeping a regular bedtime routine & avoiding caffeine as much as possible can help. When it keeps you awake, try reading or another calming activity (not watching tv or internet!) to distract you from the anxiety. Maybe taking a soothing bath can help as well. If particularly bothersome occasional use of an otc sleep aid or prescription med might be in order.
