Avoid Anxiety meds: Anxiety and trouble sleeping are common problems. You may try to use meditation techniques as well as melatonin. There are medications like ambien that may help. Try to avoid anti-anxiety medications because they may cause dependency problems. Please followup with your primary doctor or psychiatrist for treatment of your anxiety. Hopefully this helps.
