Panic relapse: Yes, panic disorder or generalized anxiety disorder tend to be recurrent with relapses. Childbirth and caring for your baby can be stressful in many ways plus you go through many hormonal changes. It's not surprising that you have a relapse at this time. Taking antidepressants for at least 12 months continuously before tapering can be helpful. Please see your doctor, preferrably a psychiatrist.
