PD symptoms include: 1)frequent, unexpected panic attacks that aren’t tied to a specific situation. 2)worry a lot about having another panic attack-pa. 3)behave differently because of the pa (avoiding places where u’ve previously panicked.) i've seen these sx in various degrees of intensity (mild with only 1 pa to severe w daily pas.) in all, the psyche has something to say. Listen to it... U'll be glad u did!
