Health fears: and panic disorder. So sorry hear what you are dealing with. Please see a clinical psychologist for treatment. He/she can teach you several ways to cope, e.g., self hypnosis, cognitive therapy, etc. If someone offers medication ok, but please do let that replace the treatment I just mentioned, which has long lasting effects and does more than treat symptoms. I'm sure that: This is frightening and uncomfortable. Feeling the way you're describing warrants evaluation and treatment. Please seek an evaluation with a psychiatrist and/or psychologist, where your diagnosis can be clarified. From there, treatment may include meds and therapy, which in the case of anxiety issues may often work better than either treatment alone. Good luck!
