Several.: Most b-vitamins are essential. You can get a healthy dose with a b-50 complex. Biotin is useful and i recommend 5000mcg/day, taken separately. The mineral i recommend is zinc, 50mg/day as the gluconate. Drink plenty of water, and always use sunscreen!
