Good diet and: Make sure to drink plenty of water, and eat a diet full of brightly colored fresh fruits and vegetables. You can also take a multivitamin, and add biotin, and omega 3.

Healthy hair: Healthy hair: Get adequate sleep,avoid excess sugar & fat, v carbonated drinks, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Biotin helps (don't over do it). Insure you have adequate Iron (like kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts),vitamin E (fruits & veggies), D & B vitamins & zinc. Avoid sulfates & formaldehyde in shampoos). Avoid excessive blow dry heat.
