Phytonutrients and .: Clinical experience and studies on the use of phytonutrients (i.E resveratrol, caratenoids, etc) have shown improved hair growth skin health. Zinc, b vitamins and a healthy diet are all very important. Often neglected is focusing on reduction in current hair loss. Stress reduction, physical fitness and emotional wellness are all part of hair retention. [genetic influence does win for baldness].

None: People who eat normal food have the same hair & skin & nails as people who take any supplement you can name. None of these supplements work any better than dummy pills.

E,B,D, zinc, biotin: Get enough sleep,avoid excess sugar & fat, v carbonated drinks, eat enough protein, exercise regularly. Insure you have adequate Iron (like kale & other dark green leafies), Omega 3 fatty acids (like walnuts),vit.E (fruits & veggies), D & B vitamins, biotin & zinc. Avoid sulfates & formaldehyde in shampoos, over-washing, excessive blow dry heat & curling irons. When needed use quality conditioner.
