Several: Lamictal is one of the best tolerated drugs for epilepsy. Most don't notice anything. However, rash, headache, dizziness, nausea and headache are all possible. Most of these are related to how fast the dose is raised. While the majority of rashes go away, rarely, the rash could be indicative of a serious problem.
