Internal bleeding: Could be a serious condition depending on the amount and location of bleeding. If you suffered recent injury or had an operation, you could be bleeding into the area. And bleeding into the head is more serious than bleeding into say chest or abdomen.

Need more info..: What do you mean by "internal bleeding?" do you mean intestinal bleeding? Bleeding from accident or trauma? Bleeding after surgery? Need to know much more information. Best to contact their doctor for more detailed information. In general, untreated active bleeding is not good. If the bleeding stopped & was properly & completely treated then should not have much risk.
