I had a cone biopsy 5 weeks ago, and 3 weeks after procedure i started bleeding quit bad, then it stopped and now i just keep getting cramps. i'm still waiting for my results from hospital. should i be worried?

Not necessarily: It is not unusual to bleed 2 to 3 weeks later. Mild cramping is normal as long as you do not have pain or a fever. Your results should be ready within 2 weeks of the procedure. Call your doctor.
