I missed my period then i had 4 positive pregnancy test a week later i started bleeding went to the hospital and they did a sonogram and blood test and said i wasn't pregnant. the pregnancy test i took were on different days. can i still be pregnant?

A sonogram and blood test are more reliable than a urine test. It is likely that you had spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy, which is not uncommon. About 25% of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. Usually, the only manifestation is a slightly heavy, delayed period.
