Immature leukocytes: Immature leukocytes may sometime be a clue to hemotological diseases like leukemia glad to hear your numbers were normal.

30 y.o female. CBC shows WBC of 4.0. Range for lab was 4.4-10.8. Flagged as low. All other labs incl. diff were normal. Last year WBC 4.17. Concern?
Just had CBC for physical. WBC was 4.5, the lab says 4.8-10.8 is normal. Everything else checked out ok. I'm 38yo white male. 5' 11"" tall. 195lbs?
