Ankle BP: Normally the blood pressure of the lower extremities is slightly higher than the upper extremites, if the BP of the lower extremities were lower, this would suggest some type of obstructive vascular disease; however, when the lower extremities pressure is significantly higher, than the upper extremities, it may signify some type of vasculature calcification of the lower extremities.
