It could be a scar: Tissue from past infection- ?Tb, pneumonia etc. There's no treatment and it's not serious . Follow up with your dr. Take care!

Previous infection: Scarring usually represents changes from old infectious disease or previous surgery. Most common infection is granulomatous like TB. Scarring usually means disease is not active,
