My friend had a chest xray done today report shows nonhomogenous shadowing with fibrocalcific changes seen in right upper zone of lung chronic inflammatory disease pulmonary tuberculosis please tell me what dose it means?

The X-ray suggests..: Pulmonary tuberculosis but does not say anything about whether the patient has active infection. Symptoms suggesting activity are fever, cough, night sweats and weight loss. Your friend needs to see a doctor and have sputum tested for the tubercle bacillus.

Old tb?: Sounds like old TB but your friend should see a pulmonologist to know for sure.
