Curable, but complic: General surgeons typically either excise or excise and close the problem area. Frequently, that is adequate to cure the problem. Some patients need wide local excision and will then require the surrounding buttock tissues to be moved in to the defect. This is called a flap procedure and that is typically done by a reconstructive plastic surgeon. Try a local plastic surgeon or a wound center.
