I had the surgery already but i have pilonidal disease. no abscess now, but the area hurts bad? had 1 abscess 6 months ago. surgery was 4 years ago

See doctor ASAP: There are several possibilities including recurrence of the abscess, slowly progressive infection of the underlying bone, some inflammation or scarring from prior inflammation pressing on a nerve root, etc.. You need to be seen by a doctor and re-evaluated and suggest that this be done before whatever this is becomes much worse. Good luck.
