Hello! 3-4 years ago i developed a pilonidal cyst. it was lanced and 3 ys later an abscess appeared which was also lanced. should i undergo a surgery?

What has your: Surgeon recommended? Recurrent pilonidal cysts certainly would be a reason to consider surgery. This is a case where your surgeon will need to sit down with you ; discuss indication, risks ; benefits. Don't rely on an on-line physician to make this decision for you. Take care.
