What is the healthier way to prepare a healthy french fries. does frying them twice increases the fat content?

They are..: ...Less fatty with fewer calories if you back them. Cut the potato into french fry size strips. Lay them on a baking sheet. Spray them *lightly* with olive oil spray, then bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit until golden brown. Does it taste the same as something cooked in a deep fryer? No. Do they taste good? Absolutely.

Try oven fries &...: There's really no such thing as healthy french fries but some are healthier than others.Use organic potatoes- conventional ones are loaded with pesticides! use relatively healthy oils- coconut oil & peanut oil do well at high temperatures- olive oil isn't good when heated high.Try oven fries or roasted potatoes.
