Can mouthwash not be good for your teeth?

Bad mouthwash: Most mouthwashes have alcohol in them. This can be hard on the mucosa of the cheeks and gums. Chlorohexidine stains the teeth, but this can be cleaned off in the dental office you can find alcohol free mouthwashes. Use those, they are better for you. Good luck!

Flouride Rinse: Will help the teeth from getting decay and sensitivity. If you have hypersensitivity to alcohol, use alcohol free mouth rinse to prevent ulcers, stain, etc. Avoid ingestion of mouthwash when rinsing and follow per instruction to get the benefits.
