Due to positive anti-vgkc dr. ordered a ct lung scan to rule out sclc or thymona. ct found a 5mm nodule. should i be worry for sclc n ask for testing?

Here is what I would: Your doctor did a test which may not have been indicated. But now thta he has done it AND FOUND SOMETHING WORRISOME TO YOU, HE/SHE MUST COUNSEL YOU AND GUIDE YOU FURTHER. EXCESSIVE TESTING LEADS TO MORE PROBLEMS WHICH LEADS TO MORE TESTING. IN ORDER TO BREAK THE CYCLE, I WOULD MONITOR WITHOUT FURTHER TESTING RIGHT NOW. BUT A REPEAT CT SCAN(OR CHEST X-RAY) IN 6 MONTHS FROM NOW,MAY BE USEFUL .
