Perhaps get help: I would seek a second opinion. Usually any lymph node more than 1 cm in size without a known cause is evaluated further. Do you have other cancers (breast, colon, stomach, lung?), as supraclavicular lymphadenopathy, especially if affecting the left side, may herald disease from another site. A fine needle aspiration is easy enough, without risk; i would recommend you have one.

2nd opinion: Unless there is a known infection or other known cause, enlarged lymph nodes for 3 months are unusual. Please discuss this with your primary care doctor and seek a 2nd opinion. It is possible that more concerning diseases such as cancer could present with a single enlarged lymph node. Make sure you are current on appropriate screenings such as mammography and skin inspection.
