Yes: Almost all young adults have a few palpable lymph nodes in their necks and/or elsewhere. If they are not fixed to the surrounding structures, rock-hard or tire-rubbery, or preposterously enlarged, you should not have them biopsied. You have an ethical surgeon. Nodes that are basically stable for four months at your age aren't hodgkin's or anything else worrisome.
