I had a brain aneurysm coiled april 30 this year. since then my blood pressure is lower 88/46 at rest, is that anything of concern. headaches as well?

Maybe: Are you on any medications to lower the blood pressure? This would be a very common treatment of brain aneurysm regardless of whether or not it has been coiled or clipped. You should talk to your doctor to see if the medication(s) need to be adjusted. Also, you need to stop smoking completely.

Low is usually: Well tolerated! unless fuzzy, fainting, etc hen too low! headaches are not uncommon sequellae. Regular followup is desirable!
