Not sure: It all depends. Sounds like you might need two implants and have three teeth. Yes this reduces the cost as compared to three implants and associated bridge work. This can be a lesser expense but it is necessary to check with your doc to make sure two rather than three implants is adequate for your situation. This may require another opinion.

Depends: You should save on the grafting of the bone if the implant is in the same area. Implant placement is location specific and thus the cost of each implant is the same. The bone graft is more of an area or quadrant specific. The outcome of the therapy should be ensured by your dentist as to eliminate the cost and pain of redo.
