Try nasal steroid: Can't be sure whether your problem is from allergy or what's called vasomotor rhinitis (oversensitive nose). Try a nasal steroid regularly for a week to see if this helps. If not, consult an allergist.

Discuss w/ doctor: One thing you might do aside from meds is drink plenty of water to thin out your nasal secretions. While you may use nasal sprays, a saline spray may be inconvenient long-term, and a decongestant *nasal spray* stops working after ~3 days. An oral decongestant may be an option, but it may not be appropriate if you have high blood pressure. Either way, loop your doctor into the discussion.
