No surgery: Small varicocele, without symptoms in a 47 year old male needs no surgical treatment. You were born with it, it's role in the spermatogenesis at this age is controversial. There are numerous individuals who haveno problem with fertility.If you are notseeking consultation for infertility or pain, you should stay away from surgery.Ipresume your problem is minimal and no symptoms, i will do nothing.
