No spot reductions: Except for surgery, there are no ways to "spot reduce" fat from your body. Losing fat involves whole-body measures like healthy whole foods, lean proteins, omega-3 and monounsaturated fats, and avoidance of processed carbohydrates. Also plenty of consistent exercise. You'll need to arrange for exercise around your sedentary job hours.
