Menstrual pain: Severe menstrual pain with diarrhea may be due to endometriosis. Oral birth control will control the effects of endometriosis (if no contraindications exist) and preserve fertility. Oral bcp's will stop ovarian function and lessen the pain. See your gyn physician for an exam and treatment.
