Groin pain: If the pain is in the front/ groin region, there are several possibilities. Cartilage or labral injury/tears at your age can occur. Tendinitis and other inflammatory issues are also a possibility. As you age, other possibilities would include arthritis. There are also non-orthopedic related possibilities to consider as well including female issues and hernias. See your local doc to find put more.
