Ask your OBGYN: Any medication that you take must be recommended by your doctor. Even over the counter medications should be approved by your doctor during your pregnancy.

Stop taking : You should not take Ibuprofen or any other anti inflammatory medication while pregnant. Only tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe.

YES: Most ob/gyns recommend tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain during pregnancy. If you have a toothache and your pregnancy is beyond the first 14 weeks (which is the period of organ formation of your baby) you can see your dentist and they should treat the cause of your toothache. If they don't, then see another doctor who will. You will want to discuss this with ob/gyn also.
