Get checked : You are giving some of the symptoms of a possible angina or heart problem .. Please get a checkup by a cardiologist .. Soon and if you are short of breath or you have a tight chest and you feel dizzy or any of these symptoms now go to the er right away ..

Call 911: The pain in the left side of the jaw, tightness, pain or pressure in your chest and shortness of breath is always a red flag. Visit to the ER is warranted. Do not drive, Call 911.
