In view of associated arm discomfort & for thoroughness& peace of mind,I recommend having a treadmill stress test even though cardiac pathology is an unlikely cause of your symptoms all these years. Your chest pains are nonspecific. I suspect nerve impingement in the upper forearm is the problem. A hand specialist would be best to evaluate you for this. Appropriate testing will be done.
