Chest pain?!: Chest pain that radiates to the arm is concerning for a heart attack. Please go to the Emergency Room if you haven't already. Uncontrolled asthma can cause your shortness of breath and chest pain, but this typically does not involve pain in the arm. Best wishes

Angina: Your symptoms, especially pain radiating to the left jaw are concerning for angina. Women present "atypically" for chest pain. You should see a cardiologist ASAP, in the ER, if symptoms recur or are presistent, and be evaluated for coronary artery disease -- EKG, blood work (cardiac enzymes and lipid panel). If negative, stress testing still ought to be considered then as an outpatient.
