Unlikely cardiac.: Unless these symptoms are consistently related to exertion,emotional stress, not likely caused by the heart. If you have strong risk factors, always good to have evaluation and reassurance. On the whole, not strongly suggestive os a heart problem. I am not sure what you mean by “contraction pain”. Clearly useful to get evaluated and get educated on preventive measures.
