It's possible: It is possible, so going in for evaluation will be needed to obtain the proper evaluation (doctor exam, blood draw and imaging). Fever, vomiting and severe pain mean get evaluated right away. Good luck.

Could be.: All four of the disease processes you gave could cause those symptoms. If you have those symptoms with your history, you need to be seen by a physician.

Probably scar tissue: While a hernia can cause abdominal pain, distension, and intestinal blockage, it is more likely due to scar tissue inside the abdomen rather than the hernia. It can however be impossible to tell sometimes. See your surgeon to discus this more thoroughly.
