Maybe...: Several possibilities including acid related disorders gerd, gastritis, h. Pylori infection and ulcers. Other possibilities include biliary disorders eg. Gallstones. See your doctor. Good luck!

Consider work-up.: These can be signs of acid reflux and/or hiatal hernia among other diseases. You should undergo imaging and possible endoscopy. There are medical and surgical treatments available depending on what is seen on further workup.
